A Look Back at the 2026 INTERALPIN Golf Trophy - Review

Sports, networking, and a magnificent mountain backdrop: The 15th INTERALPIN Golf Trophy brought together industry representatives from the cable car and tourism sectors.

A Sporting Anniversary with a Vision for the Future

Under a clear blue sky and against the impressive backdrop of the Wetterstein Massif, the INTERALPIN Golf Trophy celebrated its 15th anniversary. Around 70 representatives from the cable car and tourism industries gathered at Tiroler Zugspitzgolf to combine sporting ambition with professional exchange during the Texas Scramble tournament. In addition to the winners in the net, gross, “Nearest to the Pin,” and “Longest Drive” categories, the focus was above all on networking.

A Culinary Finale and Industry Cohesion

After the tournament, the Hotel Post Lermoos hosted a delightful evening. Amid fine cuisine and a relaxed atmosphere, attendees had the opportunity to reflect on the day’s events. “For 15 years, the INTERALPIN Golf Trophy has demonstrated how important personal connections are outside the trade show,” emphasized Stefan Kleinlercher, project manager for INTERALPIN.

Looking Ahead: INTERALPIN 2027

The next INTERALPIN will take place in Innsbruck from April 20–23, 2027, and, as the world’s leading trade fair for ropeway and alpine technologies, will once again focus on innovation and knowledge exchange. The 16th Golf Trophy will follow on September 11, 2027, at Olympia Golf Igls.
