(06/09/24) 13th INTERALPIN Golftrophy: looking forward to the 2025 anniversary edition

Preparations for INTERALPIN 2025 are in full swing. In 2024, the world's leading trade fair for alpine technologies and ropeway technology celebrates its 50th anniversary. To get in the mood for the celebrations at the 25th INTERALPIN 2025, prominent representatives of the ropeway and tourism industry met for the annual INTERALPIN Golftrophy – for the first time in the high alpine setting of Lech Golf Club with Austria's highest tee at 1,500 metres above sea level.

(11/03/24) INTERALPIN celebrates its 50th anniversary

The leading international trade fair for alpine technologies has reason to celebrate: 2024 marks the 50th anniversary of INTERALPIN. What began on a small scale in 1974 has developed into the major meeting place for the ropeway industry over the past five decades. The 25th edition of the trade fair, which is organised every two years, will take place in 2025. From the 6th to the 9th of May 2025, Messe Innsbruck will once again be the hotspot for the international ropeway and alpine technology industry and will welcome trade visitors from over 130 nations. The celebrations will get underway this year – INTERALPIN will be represented at the renowned International Organization for Transportation by Rope (OITAF) International Ropeway Congress in Vancouver from the 17th to the 21st of June.

Not long after the successful conclusion of INTERALPIN 2023, we bring you good news about the leading international trade fair for alpine technologies. The 25th edition of the biennial international ropeway industry event will take place over four days for the first time in 2025! It will be held from Tuesday, 6 May to Friday, 9 May 2025. The extra day was added to accommodate an expanded programme and optimise visitor flows.

INTERALPIN, the world’s leading trade fair for alpine technologies, was able to set an impressive record at its 24th edition in late April. A detailed analysis of all visitor registrations has found that the trade fair, the central platform for news and innovations from the cable car industry, attracted visitors from more countries than ever to Messe Innsbruck. Provincial Councillor Mario Gerber acknowledged the significance of this achievement for Tirol as a global industry hub.

INTERALPIN, the world's leading trade fair for alpine technologies, will be held at Messe Innsbruck from 19 to 21 April 2023. The successful premiere of the INTERALPIN Inspiration Days during INTERALPIN 2019 has prompted the decision to continue this new and innovative conference format. The second INTERALPIN Inspiration Days will therefore form part of this international leading trade fair once again. On 20 and 21 April 2023, industry experts will present a first-rate programme all about innovation, marketing, sustainability and digitalisation for setting the scene, marketing and focusing on the future on and in the mountains.
