MountainOffice has grown rapidly and offers comprehensive solutions for various areas of ski resort management. Over 300 CUSTOMERS worldwide with more than 3500 users rely on various MountainOffice software products.
Farm manager software, mobile application and digital farm diary
Above all, the mobile application for tablets and cell phones has been significantly improved and the range of functions expanded. The digital operating diary makes the daily documentation obligation much more convenient and clearer. A separate operating dashboard with a graphic display of all systems including operating data provides an overview of the operating status of the cable car systems.
Mountain Office LITE
With the web-based software solution, operators of small ski areas as well as amusement parks and tourism associations can manage their entire infrastructure cost-effectively and efficiently.
The large number of devices, tools, personal protective equipment, machines, etc. can be managed easily and efficiently in the "Device Management" module. Master data, documents, maintenance dates and information about the storage location or who is currently using it are clearly displayed.
The software product "Materials Management" for the cable car industry includes all relevant levels of material flow in a ski area. From the requirement, the order, warehousing, inventory, consumption, cost centers to various interfaces to suppliers (e.g. Pool Alpin), all areas in the range of functions were taken into account.
All contracts of a ski resort operator can be managed. Easement contracts with landowners, service and maintenance contracts, contracts with tour operators and much more are processed in the software. Automatic index calculation as well as invoice or credit note creation and a sophisticated document management system with a linked database are included. The appointment and reminder system facilitates the ongoing monitoring of all contracts.
This software is used to fulfill the basic data protection regulation in ski areas. The documentation obligations such as processing records, responsibilities, data protection, etc. can be easily met.
